Resonance has been designed as part of the Jeux de la Francophonie games, which will take place in Hull/Ottawa during July 2001. By presenting musical instruments from several Francophone countries, and using audiovisual documents to highlight certain analogies between music and sport, this exhibition illustrates the social contexts of these two worlds, and demonstrates how both mirror our society.
