CSA-NSERC Joint Process for
Funding Space Science Projects
Terms of Reference
The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC)
and the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) have jointly developed a new process to secure
"end-to-end" funding of space science projects. The
following documents constitute Terms of Reference for this
process. It has been agreed by both agencies to use this new
process in the second Announcement of Opportunity (AO) of the
Small Payloads Program (SPP) released in January 2001.
