The Ville de Québec hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, the Ville de Québec has deposited with the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Québec, at Québec, under deposit number 1802031, a description of the site and plans of three proposed walkways over Saint-Charles River, in the Duberger suburb ("arrondissement des Rivières," [Rivières District], city of Québec).
Walkway No. 2 will join Lot Nos. 1 944 330 (left shore) and 1 738 180 (right shore); walkway No. 3 will join Lot Nos. 1 227 380 (left shore) and 1 738 097 (right shore); and walkway No. 5 will join Lot Nos. 1 227 073 (left shore) and 1 529 475 (right shore).
Written objections based on the effect of the work on marine navigation should be directed, not later than one month from the date of publication of this notice, to the Superintendent, Navigation Protection Program, Canadian Coast Guard, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, 101 Champlain Boulevard, 3rd Floor, Québec, Quebec G1K 7Y7.
