Ucluelet Band Council (In Trust) hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, Ucluelet Band Council (In Trust) has deposited with the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, at Vancouver, British Columbia, and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Victoria, British Columbia, under deposit number ET086010, a description of the site and plans of a shellfish aquaculture facility in Vernon Bay, at the north end of Jane Island, Barkley Sound, Clayoquot Land District, British Columbia.

And take notice that the project is presently being pursuant to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act.

Written objections based on the effect of the work on marine navigation and on the environment should be directed, not later than one month from the date of publication of this notice, to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Division, Canadian Coast Guard, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, 350-555 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6B 5G3.

Yvon Duclos hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, Yvon Duclos has deposited with the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Gloucester, at Bathurst, New Brunswick, under deposit number 14660683, a description of the site and plans of floating oyster bags (MS1037) in Tracadie Bay, at Tracadie, New Brunswick, in front of lot numbers 20679155, 20501250, 20491304, and 20573558.

Written objections based on the effect of the work on marine navigation should be directed, not later than one month from the date of publication of this notice, to the Regional Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Division, Canadian Coast Guard, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Foot of Parker Street, P.O.
