And take notice that the project is presently being pursuant to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act.
Written objections based on the effect of the work on marine navigation and on the environment should be directed, not later than one month from the date of publication of this notice, to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Division, Canadian Coast Guard, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, 350-555 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6B 5G3.

Under section 9 of the said Act, Yvon Duclos has deposited with the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Gloucester, at Bathurst, New Brunswick, under deposit number 14660683, a description of the site and plans of floating oyster bags (MS1037) in Tracadie Bay, at Tracadie, New Brunswick, in front of lot numbers 20679155, 20501250, 20491304, and 20573558.
