You are accessible, resourceful and creative in advancing solutions to accommodate both clients' needs and the Bank's quality standards. You will draw upon these same skills to create enduring and mutually rewarding relationships with a portfolio of clients and the Bank's network of equally responsive consultants. In addition to assisting in staff training, you will be a skills matcher and consultant services coordinator. Active involvement with trade associations, Chambers of Commerce, Boards of Trade, and other organizations will secure a high profile for the Bank within the business community.
This opportunity will appeal to a professional eager to build on:
- 10+ years of solid business development and project management experience
- Consulting process expertise
- A thorough understanding of the dynamics of small business (an asset)
