Maintaining high-quality customer relationships is our number one priority. You will achieve this by responding to customer inquiries and providing general information to clients, influencers, and prospects. You will administer account portfolios, prepare and maintain key lending documentation, perform financial analysis and have opportunities to interact with community professionals such as lawyers and accountants.
You are well prepared for the challenge with:
- 2-3 years office administration and customer service experience
- Diploma or certificate in business administration or undergraduate business degree in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Effective communication skills in both official languages (required in certain locations) considered an asset
