Order Designating the Minister of Health as Appropriate Minister with Respect to the Assisted Human Reproduction Agency of Canada for Purposes of the Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (c.1) (see footnote a) of the definition "appropriate Minister" in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby designates the Minister of Health as the appropriate Minister with respect to the Assisted Human Reproduction Agency of Canada for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act.
