Rules Amending the Rules of the Court of Appeal of Alberta as to Criminal Appeals

The Court of Appeal of Alberta, pursuant to section 482 (see footnote a) of the Criminal Code, with the concurrence of all the judges of that Court present at a meeting held in Calgary, Alberta on October 27, 2005, made the annexed Rules Amending the Rules of the Court of Appeal of Alberta as to Criminal Appeals.

RULES AMENDING THE RULES OF THE COURT OF APPEAL OF ALBERTA AS TO CRIMINAL APPEALS

AMENDMENT

1. Paragraph (iii) of subrule (5) of Rule 840 of the Rules of the Court of Appeal of Alberta as to Criminal Appeals (see footnote 1) is repealed.
