Order Amending the Saskatchewan Canola Development Commission Levies Order

The Saskatchewan Canola Development Commission, pursuant to section 3 of the Saskatchewan Canola Order (see footnote a), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Saskatchewan Canola Development Commission Levies Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE SASKATCHEWAN CANOLA DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION LEVIES ORDER

AMENDMENT

1. Section 3 of the Saskatchewan Canola Development Commission Levies Order (see footnote 1) is replaced by the following:

3. Every producer shall pay to the Commission a levy of 75 cents per metric tonne of canola or portion of one marketed by that producer in interprovincial and export trade, in the manner set out in section 4.

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order.)

The Order imposes a levy of 75 cents per metric tonne or portion of one of canola marketed by the producer in interprovincial and export trade.
