FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT

Whereas the Governor in Council considers it appropriate that the Program known as the Canadian Firearms Centre, in the Department of Justice, be added to Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act as a department for the purposes of that Act, to be known as the Canadian Firearms Centre;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 3(1)(a) (see footnote a)  of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act.

ORDER AMENDING SCHEDULE I.1 TO THE FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT

AMENDMENT

1. Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act (see footnote 1)  is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:

2. This Order comes into force on April 14, 2003.
