Canada Transition to Retirement

A large number of collective agreements contain clauses pertaining to older workers nearing retirement. Older workers who opt to reduce their working hours, as well as those who opt to work beyond the normal retirement age, need to carefully consider the impact of such decisions on their benefits coverage.
