The TAP assists members of the Canadian Forces (CF) who have been medically released in making the transition to the civilian work place. This program is administered by, the Department of National Defence and Veterans Affairs Canada Centre for the Support of Injured and Retired Members and their Families. TAP encourages prospective employers, in both the public and private sectors, to consider providing employment to; highly skilled, fully trained, qualified and job ready CF members who are being or have been medically released from the Canadian Forces.
