You are the main point-of-contact for internal and external clients. Your contributions will include managing and maintaining accounting and information systems, arranging appointments, organizing information sessions and special events, and handling all related logistics. Telemarketing and Internet research will also be key activities in your mandate.
To succeed, this position requires:
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Diploma in business administration, marketing, and/or accounting
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills in both official languages (required in certain locations) considered an asset
