All of these matters were disposed of by one set of reasons delivered by the Honourable J.J. Urie, sitting as Umpire, in a decision of December 1, 1994. The reasons in this case will be placed on the above-mentioned files and will equally apply to them.
We are not persuaded that the learned Umpire made any reviewable error and have therefore concluded that these applications should be dismissed.
