Harriet 1-255

Description

Set in 1989, Harriet 1-255 is a sensitive comedy about a robot waitron unit that has been over-programmed with "artificial human feelings" and is thus difficult to train as a waitress. By mistake, she is sold to a tough restaurant owner who is anxious to attract more business. His lack of sensitivity and the attitudes of his employees combine with Harriet 1-255's overload of feelings in a comic mix that has several lessons to teach about human values and integrity.
