Avionics and Electrical Systems

As part of an initiative to maintain an awareness of the impact of new technology and practices on aircraft systems certification, The Avionics and Electrical Systems Engineering section promotes technical seminars, with the purpose of:

  • Dissemination of knowledge in areas of certification of avionics and electrical systems and equipment. 
  • To encourage dialogue between aircraft certification engineers, delegates and industry counterparts,
  •  To discuss the standardization of certification requirements in areas involving new technology.
