[Report] This document describes the first release of the BTEP Design and Planning Methodology, which is the overall process methodology for business transformation. It is intended to be used by business transformation teams responsible for producing transformation project deliverables.

High value integration is defined as common business processes, common services and consolidated service delivery that produces sustainable savings and better results for citizens.
