Information Management Portal Project – Update
Treasury Board Secretariat and Library & Archives Canada
Treasury Board Secretariat and Library and Archives Canada are working together to
develop an Information Management Portal for the Government of Canada. One of the
goals of the IM Portal will be to help IM specialists (including records managers,
librarians, archivists, IM analysts and Web content specialists) perform their
work and learn from others. To accomplish this, the IM Portal Project team
is currently developing a listserv for the IM Community that will be available in
late February. The launch date for the Portal is planned for April 2004.
