General Aviation On-Line Services - Banner

General Aviation now offers the following on-line services to our Aircraft Registration and Leasing clients:

Reservation and Issuance of registration marks
Renewal of a mark reservation
Notification of a change of ownership
Notification of a change of address
Submission of a Leasing Advisory (LF-5)

In addition to processing the above-mentioned transactions you will be able to view all of your marks, registrations and leasing activities

To gain access to the General Aviation On-Line Services site you must have an epass account. 

If you already have an epass account for other government services you can use the same account.  Click on www.tc.gc.ca/GeneralAviationServices and it will direct you to the epass sign in page.  Once you successfully sign in you will be on the General Aviation On-Line Services site.  To obtain an activation key to validate access to your records you must submit a New User Request.  Your activation key will be mailed to the address on file with the Aircraft Registration and Leasing office. Once you have received your activation key letter sign in and enter the activation key.  This will validate access to your records. 

If you do not have an epass account click on www.tc.gc.ca/GeneralAviationServices and it will direct you to the epass page.  Follow the directions to obtain a username and password.  Once you have successfully obtained your username and password epass will direct you to the General Aviation On-Line Services site. To obtain an activation key to validate access to your records you must submit a New User Request. Your activation key will be mailed to the address on file with the Aircraft Registration and Leasing office.  Once you have received your activation key letter sign in and enter the activation key.  This will validate access to your records.
