  1. There is no rail activity in Prince Edward Island, the Yukon or Nunavut.
  2. There is no rail activity on the island of Newfoundland. Sales of fuel for rail usage in Labrador are reported as occuring in the province of Quebec.
  3. The Northwest Territories show a very small level of activity for some years, but numbers disappear when rounded.
