NFB seeks human rights projects for international digital content competition

Human rights is the theme for this year's Content 360 pitching competition, an international initiative organized by MIPTV featuring MILIA. The NFB is the sole Canadian partner in the competition, which brings together international partners to produce new digital content from multimedia and application developers in collaboration with leading broadcasters. The NFB is seeking out multi-platform concepts for co-production that use digital networks and devices to raise awareness and create user engagement in human rights issues - in documentary, drama, animation or other genres. The submission phase of Content 360 runs from December 3, 2007 to January 21, 2008. Finalists will be announced February 25 with the winner chosen at MIPTV featuring MILIA, taking place April 7 - 11, 2008.
