E-Filing

Welcome to E-Filing

E-Filing, a service from the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy is the fastest, easiest and most convenient way for trustees and proposal administrators to file summary and ordinary bankruptcy administrations as well as Division I and II proposals.

Whether you use an E-Filing module with proprietary software or with an off-the-shelf application, all you need to start filing administrations online is Windows 98 (or a more recent version) and a basic Internet connection—you don’t even need high-speed access!
