Advisory Notes

Advisory notes have been prepared to clarify certain aspects of the New Substances Notification Program for the benefit of individuals responsible for complying with the New Substances Notification Regulations (Organisms).

• New Substances Program Advisory Note DFO 2006-01 – Importing or Manufacturing Aquatic Organisms that are Animate Products of Biotechnology.
