Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message box, such as your Social Insurance Number, personal finances, medical or work history. Due to the unprotected nature of the Internet, enquiries containing this type of information cannot be answered through this service, and are best addressed in person, over the telephone or by ground mail.

The collection and use of personal information for this "Contact Us" service are authorized by various Acts and Regulations governing HRSDC. Collection and use of personal information by HRSDC is done in accordance with the Privacy Act, which states that you have a right to access your personal information, and a right to request changes to incorrect information.
