Guidelines for GC Education (GCED)

Guidelines will be issued. Version 1 of these guidelines will describe the application profile and the usage of the element set, identify need for controlled vocabularies (schemes may be developed), and the level of effort required will be determined.  A Version 2 would feature updates and added content (controlled vocabularies, XML bindings, additional elements guidance, etc.).
