The Certificate in Information Management focuses on the
integration of information resources throughout the organization. It is directed
at individuals with responsibility for IM programs and policy development, for
quality control, efficiency, and integrity of information. Appropriate students
might be implementing an EDRMS or content management system, or acting as a
liaison between technical and administrative staff. They are project managers,
business analysts, and CIOs. The program is also directed at information
professionals in traditional settings (records managers, library managers,
archivists, web content managers) who need to integrate their information
systems.
