The Organizational Readiness Office (ORO) is
providing this platform consistent with its mandate to nurture and encourage
community-led learning and knowledge sharing activities. All information on this
site is generated or selected by individual members of communities of practice
who have an interest in learning and sharing knowledge about practices related

REFCAN-L Discussion List

REFCAN-L is a new electronic forum for discussing issues relating to the
provision of reference and information services from a Canadian perspective. The
list will facilitate and encourage information exchange amongst practitioners
