Looking for something exciting and alternative to occupy your weekend, listen Thursdays and hit the clubs with entertainment guide Tara Thorne from The Coast.

Tara Thorne grew up in Lantz, NS, where as an isolated country teen she read Halifax alt-weekly The Coast, her one conneciton to the city. In 2000 she dropped out of SMU to join its staff, and has been arts editor since 2004. She became part of Team Info AM two years ago as its alternative entertainment columnist, talking about what the kids are doing and listening to these days. She can also tell you that it rains on Thursdays more often than any other day of the week.
