The winners of the 2007 Poetry Face-Off have been chosen. 14 poets from coast to coast to coast were picked from a total of 70 contestants to represent their region. These talented artists and their winning “Made in Canada” poems were showcased during the on-air the celebration hosted by Bill Richardson on CBC Radio One April 9 - 13 at 11:30 AM (12:00 NT) 2007.

From its inception six years ago, the Poetry Face-Off has been a cross-country event. During 2007, face-offs were held in The North, Victoria, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, Charlottetown, Moncton, Halifax and St. John's.
