Weekday mornings, tune in from 7:30 - 8:35 a.m. for North Country Morning Edition, produced in Thompson and heard on 28 transmitters in Central and Northern Manitoba. Host Mark Szyszlo connects listeners living north of the 53rd parallel. The program offers stories about northerners, news, weather, sports and entertainment that reflect the needs of the region. The program links northerners -- urban and rural, native and non-native -- through their culture, history, concerns and interests.

From noon to 1 p.m., North Country at Noon offers listeners a mixture of interviews, information, pop and country music, as well as detailed weather and public service announcements relating to the daily activities of Northern Manitobans. It re-connects listeners living north of the 53rd parallel in the middle of their day by providing up to date information and entertainment.
