Welcome to CBC Television's Atlantic Program Development website for Independent Producers!

Got an idea or a script for a drama, documentary, children's, comedy or variety program?

CBC Television in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador provides local producers with ready access to the network and support for development of new programs via the Program Development Fund (PDF).

Atlantic Program Development staff maintain close working relationships with departments and creative heads, and can assist independent producers in the review, development and production of their projects.

This office also organizes industry events and arranges meetings with visiting CBC Programming executives.
