« Construction du Centre des arts et de la culture Alcoa Mme St-Pierre a annoncé que le gouvernement du Québec réserverait une somme de 4 134 627 $ pour la construction du Centre des arts et de la culture. Le nouveau centre sera adjacent au Théâtre de Baie-Comeau, dans un secteur reconnu comme un lieu d'activités des arts de la scène, permettant ainsi une cohabitation de diverses disciplines artistiques. »
