"The seminar explored issues raised around cultural diversity as set out in the Mayor’s Plan for Tourism in London, Visit London. This document sees the promotion of London’s cultural diversity as a key issue for the tourism industry as well as a means for Londoners and visitors of expressing and interacting with London’s culturally and ethnically diverse communities. These communities offer a source of distinctive, culturally specific events, cuisine and traditions that add vibrancy to tourism in London."
