L'ABC est composé d'une centaine de fiches, illustrées dans la majorité des cas, donnant à des ressources sur Internet. Plus de 40% des références mènent vers des sites francophones. Ce projet a été réalisé avec le soutien de la Corporation Hiérapolis, précurseur du réseau Internet de la communauté urbaine de l'Outaouais, dans le cadre d'un projet intitulé "Observatoire du multimédia de formation". »
