"Artmob will have three major components:
• a free, open-source courseware module designed to maximize inter- and intra-departmental resource-sharing • a free, open-source form-based content management system for arts groups and artists -- especially those without a lot of technical expertise or access to resources -- interested in creating archives of creative work that are protected with some form of public license • a digital policy centre that presents a Canadian perspective on the issues around creating large online archives of creative work, in order to shape, not merelty to react to, changes in the academy and in the wider culture"
