"This review was conducted in November and December 1999 at the request of the Minister of Canadian Heritage. The review was overseen by a committee of senior officials from Canadian Heritage, Treasury Board, Revenue Canada, Finance Canada and Justice Canada.The review included an examination of their practices for: the administration of programs, roles and responsibilities, compliance and control measures, and risk assessment."
