« Et dans la trépidante et hétérogène production artistique contemporaine, les nouvelles technologies et plus particulièrement l'Internet, développent une dynamique originale et riche d'avenues. Dans cette optique, notre mandat consiste à promouvoir la production artistique liée aux nouveaux médias. Toutefois, nous comprenons que le virage technologique englobe des dimensions qui vont au-delà du simple ajout d'une nouvelle technologie et de ses implications pratiques.

Notre programme éditorial vise une connaissance élargie et approfondie de l'impact des nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication. Cela dit, les œuvres dédiées à l'interréseau occupent une place centrale dans notre mire, car ce sont elles qui façonnent et préfigurent l'art de demain. »
