Andrew Cardozo is Executive Director of the Alliance of Sector Councils (TASC), a coalition of councils from 30 sectors of the economy which address present and future labour market issues.
He is also principal of Cardozo Policy Consulting and teaches a course on media policy at the school of Journalism and Mass Communication at Carleton University. From 1997 to 2003 Andrew was a Commissioner at the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). He has been the founding president of the Pearson-Shoyama Institute (1993-1997), and was executive director of the Canadian Ethnocultural Council (1986-1991).
His area of expertise includes labour market issues, cultural policy, broadcasting and media, democratic reform, employment equity and diversity training, human rights and cultural diversity.
