Conseil de la culture de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue

« Le membership du Conseil est composé des membres organismes, membres professionnels et membres de soutien. Il compte actuellement environ 200 membres de toutes provenances. Ces derniers voient à élire un conseil d'administration composé de représentants de chacune des disciplines artistiques et de l'ensemble des zones géographiques du territoire régional. Le conseil d’administration compte neuf personnes représentant chacune des disciplines. Dix autres personnes représentent les cinq municipalités régionales de comtés du territoire témiscabitibien.

Le conseil d'administration, de concert avec les membres du personnel, participent à la réalisation des mandats confiés au Conseil par l'assemblée générale des membres. Pour ce faire, le conseil d'administration élit cinq de ses membres au bureau de direction composé d’un président, de deux vice-présidents, d’un trésorier et d’un secrétaire. Ces derniers, en étroite collaboration avec la direction générale de l'organisme, font le suivi des dossiers menant à la réalisation des objectifs du plan d'action du Conseil de la culture. »
