"It is looking to develop a strategic framework that will clearly identify how it will engage with the sector to support community cultural development, youth, education, disability and regional development through its Community Partnerships section.
The Australia Council has invested in creative communities for 30 years and throughout 2006 will be considering how this investment can be built on for the future. Reference group The Australia Council has commissioned a scoping study to propose directions for the support and development of creative communities. The study will be overseen by a reference group. Its terms of reference are included below for your information."
