More information about public companies is available on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), where investors can access full-text copies of filed public documents.
The Commission is publishing the latest version of the SEDAR Filer Manual (Version 8.3) implemented on September 30, 2006. The Manual is also published in the websites of the securities regulators in British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Quebec and the SEDAR.Com website.
April 2, 2007 Code update
Please also note that a SEDAR code update was completed on Monday, April 2, 2007. As a consequence, all SEDAR filings intended to be filed prior to April 2, 2007 were to be submitted by Friday, March 30, 2007. Otherwise, SEDAR automatically marked all saved and un-submitted filings (shown as TMP on the SEDAR Filing Management Screen) with a "delete" status on Monday (April 2).
