Interactive "Fill-in" Electoral Finance Forms Now Available

Electronic versions of all electoral finance forms are now available in PDF format. To view, complete and print these forms, your computer must be equipped with Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 7.0 or greater.) You may download this free product at the Adobe website.

The fill-in forms do not perform any calculations or totals, or carry forward any numbers or information. You must enter all the information as if you are using a paper form. The forms must then be printed and submitted by mail or fax. Important: You cannot save a completed form. If you close the form or shut down your computer, all the entered information will be lost. (You can only save the form with data intact if you have Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional 6.0 or higher.)

  1. Click on a form to open it.
  2. Ensure the 'Highlight fields' checkbox is checked.
  3. Click the boxes and enter the required information. Use the tab key to move through the form or click directly into the boxes with your mouse.
  4. Once the information is entered, print the form.
  5. Complete and print all forms.
  6. Sign as required and submit the completed forms to Elections BC. A report cannot be accepted as filed unless it is signed by the financial agent.

If you need assistance to download or complete the forms, contact Electoral Finance at Elections BC.
