Work Experience Programs

The Yukon government provides several employment opportunities for young people and recent university graduates. 

The Job Experience Programs Policy covers summer employment opportunities for young students and year round opportunities for university students in co-op programs. The Head Start Program provides employment opportunities for people who receive social assistance. 

The GradCorps program provides recent Yukon graduates with a post-secondary diploma or degree who are short on experience in their field of study, an opportunity to get valuable public service work experience and a chance to increase their career potential.
