       Determinations

   Owing to its complexity, the Power Purchase Arrangements
   Determinations Regulation (AR 175/2000) has not been
   incorporated into the Regulations Database.  Publication
   of AR 175/2000 in The Alberta Gazette was dispensed with
   by AR 201/2000.

   To obtain a copy of AR 175/2000 in paper form,
   please contact the Queen's Printer Bookstore.

   The following Regulations are not included in the
   Regulations Data Base.  These Regulations are likely
   spent, inoperative or impliedly repealed; however, it
   is up to the user to make that determination. This list
   is under review with a view to expressly repealing the
   inoperative Regulations.
