  • 2008/01/22 - Property Assessment Notices Sent in Western Region - Assessment notices are in the mail today, Jan. 22, to property owners in the western region of the province. In the region, the total value of property assessments is almost $7.4 billion, an increase of about 9.9 per cent from 2007.
  • 2008/01/22 - Property Assessment Notices Sent in Northern Region - Assessment notices are in the mail today, Jan. 22, to property owners in the northern region of the province. In the region, the total value of property assessments is almost $9.2 billion, an increase of about 9.7 per cent from 2007.

The office will reopen at 8:30 a.m., Monday, Dec. 10.
  • 2007/12/07 - RMV Office Closed in New Glasgow - There has been an oil leak in the New Glasgow Registrar of Motor Vehicle Office. The office will be closed until 1 p.m. to allow the fumes to dissipate and to determine the source of the leak.
