Guidelines for Sellers

Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations administers the licensing of several types of business activity. The licensees or permit holders in each case must comply with the applicable legislation and regulations. To assist businesses to understand these requirements, the Department has prepared guides that summarize the key provisions of the legislation and regulations.
