You are receiving employment insurance benefits (federal government) or employment assistance benefits (Québec government).

• Is it possible to work elsewhere in Canada with certification obtained in Québec or, inversely, to work in Québec with certification from another Canadian province?

Under the Canada-Quebec Labour Market Agreement, Québec is responsible for active employment measures available to employment insurance participants, and for certain functions of the National Employment Service available to employment insurance users. These measures and functions are funded by the Employment Insurance Account, for which Canada is responsible.
