Nova Scotia Photo Release Agreement

1. By submitting an entry form and/or accepting a prize, the entrant grants to Nova Scotia Tourism and/or its agents a worldwide, royalty-free license to the photograph(s) submitted to this Contest for all publicity and advertising related to tourism in Nova Scotia. The entrant also grants permission to publish his/her name and photo if selected as the winner. Winners and any persons appearing in the photograph(s) (if any), may be required to sign a release and indemnity form as provided by Nova Scotia Tourism releasing Nova Scotia Tourism from any liability in connection with the photographs submitted and the prizes awarded. All entrants release Nova Scotia Tourism and its agents from any and all claims in relation to the Contest.
2. By submitting an entry form and/or accepting a prize, the entrant consents to the entry of his or her submission and agrees to this Photo Release Agreement.
