Clientele Served

• adults who need a safe place to recover from intoxication
• adults who need a safe and supportive environment during withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs
• anyone wanting information or help for concerns related to alcohol or other drugs

Program/Service Description

• provides an overnight shelter for people under the influence of alcohol or other drugs (capacity 10)
• provides non-medical detoxification services (12 beds)
• offers services including crisis intervention and counselling, referrals, information, follow-up counselling, and introduction to self-help groups

Referral Information

• No referral is necessary for anyone needing detox or shelter services.
• Contact the office for an appointment; walk-in clients are also accepted.
