Purpose of the service:	You can use the WinRAS computer program to calculate: source deductions (Québec income tax and contributions to the Québec Pension Plan and the Québec parental insurance plan) employer contributions to the Québec Pension Plan, the Québec parental insurance plan and the health services fund
Users:	Employers, individuals who carry on a business
Conditions for use:	Please note that our computer systems do not support this service for Macintosh.

Important: WinRAS must be used in conjunction with the Guide for Employers (TP-1015.G-V) or the Guide for Employers: Short Version (TPF-1015.GS-V). These guides give instructions on how to deduct, remit and report source deductions and employer contributions.

Downloading

To use this program, first download the WinRAS file to your computer, and then follow the installation instructions.
